&nbsp; &nbsp;<p>1、专业名称:机械施工。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2、 岗位名称:高处作业吊篮设备操作工(简称吊篮操作工)。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3、 &nbsp; 岗位定义:在施工现场,对高处作业吊篮(以下简称吊篮)设备进行正确地安装、拆卸、移位及操作,确保吊篮设备在现场施工的安全运行。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4、 &nbsp; 适用范围:工程施工。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5、 技能等级:设初、中、高三级。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6. 对初、中级工示范操作,传授技能。</p><p><br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;第二部分 吊篮操作工职业技能岗位鉴定规范<br/>第一章  说明<br/>一、鉴定要求<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. 鉴定试题符合本职业岗位鉴定规范内容。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. 职业技能鉴定分为理论考试和实际操作考核两部分。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. &nbsp; 理论部分试题分为:是非题、选择题、计算题和简答题。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. &nbsp; 考试时间:原则上理论考试时间为2小时,实际操作考核为4~6小时,两项考试均实行百分制。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5. &nbsp; 理论考试和实际操作考核成绩均达到60分以上为技能鉴定合格。技能鉴定与道德鉴定、业绩鉴定均合格视为岗位鉴定合格。</p><p>二、申报条件<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. 吊篮操作工应具备的条件:年龄为18~55周岁,身体健康,无恐高症等妨碍从事本设备作业的疾病和生理缺陷。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. &nbsp; 申请参加初级水平鉴定的人员须有初中毕业证书,经过相应的培训及从事该岗位工作两年以上。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. &nbsp; 申请参加中级水平鉴定的人员须有初级技术等级证书和高中毕业证书,并在初级岗位上工作3年以上。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. &nbsp; 申请参加高级水平坚定的人员须有中级技术等级证书和高中毕业证书,并在中级岗位上工作5年以上。</p><p>三、考评员构成及要求<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. 理论考评员原则按每15名配1名(15:1);<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. &nbsp; 操作考证员原则按每5名考生配1名(5:1);<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. 考评员具有中级工以上或技术员以上职称;<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. 掌握本工种职业技能鉴定规范。</p><p>四、工具、设备要求<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. 常用工具:钢丝绳、鲤鱼钳、尖嘴钳、开口扳手、梅花扳手、套筒扳手、一字起子、十字起子、电笔等。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. &nbsp; 专用工具:各种机械随机专用工具、内六角扳手、挡圈钳、扭力扳手等。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. 检测工具:钢尺、钢卷尺、卡钳、游标卡尺、万用表、等。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. &nbsp; 起重工具:钢丝绳、卸扣、绳卡、千斤顶、手动葫芦、电动葫芦等。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5. 安全防护用品:安全帽、安全带、安全绳、自锁器等。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6. &nbsp; 设备:提升机、安全锁、吊篮、悬挂机构、钢丝绳、电控箱、试验装置等。</p><p><br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;第二章 岗位鉴定规范<br/>第一节 道德鉴定规范<br/> 一、本标准适用于从事机械施工的所有初级工、中级工、高级工的道德鉴定。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;二、道德鉴定在用人单位广泛开展道德教育的基础上,采取笔试或用人单位按实际表现鉴定的形式进行。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;三、道德鉴定的内容主要包括,遵守宪法、法律、法规、国家的各项政策和各项技术安全操作规程及本单位的规章制度,树立良好的职业道德和敬业精神以及刻苦钻研技术的精神。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;三、业绩鉴定的内容主要包括,完成生产任务的数量和质量,解决生产工作中技术业务问题的成果,传授技术、经验的成绩及安全生产的情况。<br/> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
